Thank you for your interest in an Xclaim! School Day production of Disney's BEAUTY and the BEAST, JR!

LOGISTICS:

SHOWTIMES:  Tuesday and Wednesday,

                        December 10 & 11, 2024

                        9am and 12pm each day

RUNTIME:  75 minutes

LOCATION:  Xclaim! Center for Youth Performing Arts

                    502 College St.

                    Bowling Green, KY 42101

                    (Bus parking is available in our lot.)

CAPACITY:  The Xclaim! Center seats 150 max.

COST:  $5.00 per student.

            1 free adult chaperone ticket per every 10 students.

            Additional chaperones are $5.00 each.

PAYMENT:  Full payment is due at arrival for performance.

                   You will receive an invoice and our W-9 before the show.

           Invoices are adjustable to reflect student absences or extra.

ANSWERS FOR SCHOOL FIELD TRIP PAPERWORK:

1.  Xclaim! does not have an AED on site.

2. Xclaim! does not have an ERT on site.  (A limited ERT is onsite with staff members trained in basic First Aid.)

3. The Xclaim! ERP includes utilizing the Medical Center of Bowling Green, which is 4 blocks from the Xclaim! Center.

RESERVING YOUR CLASS:

To reserve a School Day Performance for your class, please complete all fields in the Online Reservation.  Be sure to rank your showtime preferences as 1st Choice, 2nd Choice, and 3rd Choice.  We will try to accommodate each school's request as best possible.
